Transportation Policy
Dear Valued Customer,
We are pleased to offer you alternative transportation when your vehicle is in for service.
We utilize Lexus and Non-Lexus vehicles; and if necessary, standard size Enterprise Rent-a-Car loaner vehicles which would also be subject to this policy. (All are referred to as “Loaner Vehicles”.)
SCOTTSDALE LEXUS WILL MAKE THIS PROVISION FOR:
A customer who has made a service appointment and reserved a loaner vehicle at that time.
The appointment for any maintenance or warranty repair is scheduled to take longer than 2 hours.
THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Returning the vehicle on the day that repairs are completed, or when scheduled. The customer will be responsible for a rental charge of $75.00 per day if the loaner vehicle is returned after the scheduled time.
Not smoking in the loaner vehicle. There would be a $59.00 minimum charge for cleaning required in relation to smoking.
Any traffic or parking tickets while the loaner vehicle is in their possession.
Repairs of any damage done to the loaner vehicle while in their possession.
DISCLOSURES:
Must be 21 years of age, have a valid Drivers License, Proof of Insurance and a major credit card to secure a loaner vehicle.
Only the customer checking out the loaner vehicle may operate it.
WE WILL CONTINUE TO ACCEPT CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, & DEBIT AS FORMS OF PAYMENT ------------------------------------------------ IF YOU REQUIRE A LOANER, PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING AVAILABLE: ------------------------------------------------ Our Service Department staff is passionate about caring for the best vehicles in the world, and committed to keeping your Lexus in top performing condition.
